Privacy Policy

PantryBuddy ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

When you submit our Evaluation Request or Contact form, we collect the information you provide directly — which may include your name, phone number, email address, building address, city, and, if you choose to upload one, a photo of your space.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request: to schedule and conduct your free evaluation, provide a quote, communicate about your project, and, if you've indicated a referral, to thank the person who referred you. We do not sell your information to third parties.

How it's stored

Form submissions are sent directly to our business email and are not stored in a public database. If you're on a payment plan, relevant billing information is handled directly by our financing partner under their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
